Black-eyed susans

This picture is from a few years ago, when we had a bumper crop of these girls, and it looks like this year they have gone wild!  A few more weeks and they will all be blooming like crazy.

This was my mom's favorite flower, she always wanted a whole yard full.

Mortise & Tenon Bench

Clay made several of these mortise & tenon benches.  We still have a few in mustard and this one is antique red over blue.

Wool & Yellowware

These new wools are some of the prettiest colors yet and they look so pretty in the new yellowware bowls we just got in the shop-

 

 

Sneek peek....

The weather just didn't cooperate this past week, so this baby's not quite finished, it's still not dry because of the cool damp weather we've been having and it will be getting a few more coats to even out the color and of course the knobs will be added.  The color came out really good- it's a pale antique yellow over a very dark brownstone red.   We love the way this antique finish came out and we hope you do too!
